After this reset, most clients move into a recurring schedule that stays effortless.

- Remove cobwebs
- Dust all surfaces and items
- Clean ceiling fans and light fixtures (within reach)
- Dust blinds and vents
- Make beds
- Switch plates cleaned
- Doorknobs cleaned & disinfected
- Wipe down door frames and facings
- Wipe down window sills
- Wipe / vacuum baseboards
- Vacuum under furniture (up to 20 lbs — no heavy lifting)
- Wipe down furniture (accessible surfaces)

First Time Clean option at checkout. This ensures our team has the time and attention needed to bring your home up to the Diamond Standard before recurring maintenance begins. For heavier buildup, please select the Heavy Duty add-on so we can allocate the proper time.
What Counts as “Heavy Duty”?

Choosing Heavy Duty simply ensures we can deliver the Diamond Standard without rushing — it’s about time, not judgment.
After the Reset, Most Clients Keep It Easy
Once your First Time Clean is complete, most clients move into weekly,
bi-weekly, or tri-weekly visits.
Monthly service is available, but we typically don’t recommend leaving more than a month between visits if you want it to stay effortless.
