1. Introduction
   Diamond Dynasty Cleaning is a trade name operated by 1000415837 Ontario Ltd., an Ontario-based corporation (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website (www.diamonddynasty.ca) and any services provided. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer:

• • Residential cleaning (recurring and one-time)
  • Move-in/out cleaning
  • Commercial/ office cleaning
  • Post Construction Cleaning
  • Organization and decluttering services
  • Home concierge tasks

Details, task checklists, and rates are outlined on our website and may change at our discretion.

3. Booking and Payment

• • Bookings must be made online via our website.
  • Full payment is due at the time of booking (hold prior to clean and charged after clean complete).
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit card and eTransfer.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• • Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may incur 100% of the service fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
   Let us know within 24 hours if you’re unsatisfied. We’ll offer a re-clean or partial refund, at our discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

• • Provide safe access to the property
  • Secure valuables and fragile items
  • Disclose any cleaning-specific instructions (e.g., surfaces, materials)

We are not liable for damages from unstable fixtures or undisclosed hazards.

7. Access and Safety Requirements

• • Disarm alarms
  • Secure pets
  • Provide clear instructions for entry and parking

8. Damage and Breakage Policy

• • Report any damage within 24 hours
  • If we’re at fault, we will cover the cost of repair or replacement
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or faulty fixtures

9. Liability Disclaimer

• • We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for loss of income, loss of enjoyment, or emotional distress related to cleaning services.

10. Cleaning Results Disclaimer
    We do not guarantee the removal of permanent stains or damage caused by prior negligence or improper care.

11. Right to Refuse Service
    We may refuse service due to:

• • Unsafe working conditions
  • Aggressive pets or harassment
  • Inappropriate client behavior

12. Non-Solicitation
    Clients may not hire or solicit Diamond Dynasty Cleaning staff directly. If breached, a $3,000 CAD fee will apply.

13. Use of Third-Party Tools and Subcontractors
    We use third-party software tools, including Convertlabs, to automate communication, reminders, and client management. We also work with independent subcontractors to deliver cleaning services. While we vet and train our partners carefully, we are not responsible for errors or service issues caused by third-party platforms or independent contractors beyond our control.

14. Gift Card and Referral Program Terms

• • Referral rewards are issued after your referred client completes their first service.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Diamond Dynasty Cleaning reserves the right to change or cancel promotions at any time.

15. Infestation & Biohazard Policy

    Diamond Dynasty Cleaning maintains a zero-tolerance policy for pest infestations or unsafe biohazard conditions within client properties.

    Definition of Infestation:
    An infestation includes, but is not limited to, the presence of live or dead insects (e.g., cockroaches, bed bugs, fleas, lice), rodents, or any other vermin, as well as signs of nests, droppings, or active biohazards (e.g., mold, bodily fluids, or animal waste).

    Client Obligation:
    Clients are required to disclose any known or suspected infestations, hazardous conditions, or pest control treatments in advance of the scheduled service. Failure to disclose such information may result in immediate termination of service and full charge for the booking.

    Service Limitations:
    Diamond Dynasty is not a pest control or hazardous materials remediation company. Our team is not trained, equipped, or insured to handle infestation-related cleanups or hazardous materials. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time if any unsafe or unsanitary conditions are identified on-site.

    Immediate Termination of Service:
    If our cleaners encounter any form of infestation or biohazard during service, they are instructed to leave the property immediately. The booking will be fully charged, and the client will be held responsible for all associated costs, including but not limited to cleaning staff compensation, additional sanitation procedures, and potential equipment disposal.

    Liability:
    Diamond Dynasty Cleaning is not liable for any damages, complications, or losses resulting from the presence of infestations in the client’s home. The client assumes full responsibility for any damages to our staff, equipment, or uniforms caused by infestations, and agrees to cover all associated costs.

16. Force Majeure
    We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, severe weather, labor shortages, or power outages.

    1000415837 Ontario Ltd., operating as Diamond Dynasty Cleaning, is committed to meeting the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and aims to comply with WCAG 2.0 Level AA standards for digital accessibility. 17. Intellectual Property
