Match the clean to the stage of the project.

Construction cleaning is not regular house cleaning with more dust. The scope changes depending on whether the site is active, recently renovated, ready for PDI, or being prepared for possession and handover.

01 · New Build

Post-Construction

Detailed dust, debris and finishing work for an empty new build before PDI, photography, possession or key handover.

02 · Renovated Space

Post-Renovation

Construction-dust cleaning after renovation work is complete, including projects inside lived-in homes, offices or occupied properties.

03 · Active Project

Rough / Progress Clean

Debris control and dust reduction between project phases so the site can be reset for flooring, paint and finishing trades.

04 · Final Stage

Post-PDI / Final Clean

A final detail pass after deficiencies or last trade work are completed, before occupancy, move-in or final presentation.

What The Cleaning Covers

Fine dust, finished surfaces and the details that make the project feel complete.

The final scope is confirmed in the project quote because construction conditions vary. These are the areas commonly addressed during detailed and final construction cleaning.

Project Scheduling + Quote

The clean is built around the actual project.

Square footage matters, but construction cleaning also depends on the stage of the job, the amount of fine dust and debris, the finishes installed, access requirements and the milestone you are working toward.

Partial Renovations / Existing Areas

If only part of the property was renovated,
the untouched areas are assessed separately.

Post-Renovation Cleaning addresses the construction work and the dust created by it. Existing rooms can require a different cleaning level when older buildup was already present before the renovation.

Renovation-Affected Area

Post-Renovation scope.

The renovated room and other areas affected by construction dust are cleaned under the project-specific Post-Renovation scope.

Existing Areas

Add First-Time when needed.

If untouched areas have not been professionally and thoroughly cleaned within the previous 30 days, First-Time Cleaning is added for those areas.

Visible Accumulation

Heavy Duty is condition-based.

Older grease, hard-water deposits, soap scum, grime, pet hair or similar visible accumulation can require additional Heavy Duty time in the existing areas.

One property can require more than one cleaning level.

For example, a newly renovated main floor may need Post-Renovation Cleaning while an existing bathroom or kitchen also needs First-Time Cleaning and Heavy Duty. We scope each part correctly instead of treating every condition as construction dust.

Post-Construction + Renovation FAQs

Questions before the final clean.

The scope, timing and site condition are confirmed before work begins so the cleaning plan matches the actual project.

Is post-construction cleaning different from a regular deep clean?

Yes. Post-construction and post-renovation cleaning is designed for fine dust, debris and residue created by building work, with additional care around newly installed finishes. It is quoted separately from regular residential cleaning.

Can you provide rough, detailed and final cleaning phases?

Yes. Cleaning can be quoted as a rough or progress clean, a detailed construction clean, a post-PDI clean, a final turnover clean, or a project-specific combination based on the construction schedule.

What if only part of the property was renovated?

The renovation-affected area is cleaned under the Post-Renovation scope. Existing areas are assessed separately. If they have not been professionally and thoroughly cleaned within the previous 30 days, First-Time Cleaning can also be required. Heavy Duty is added where visible accumulated buildup is present.

Can First-Time Cleaning and Heavy Duty be added to Post-Renovation Cleaning?

Yes. This is common when the renovation dust is new but grease, hard-water buildup, grime, pet hair or other accumulation already existed elsewhere in the property. Each condition is scoped separately so enough time is allocated.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Diamond Dynasty normally provides the cleaning supplies and equipment required for the agreed construction-cleaning scope. If the site requires approved products, client-supplied materials or specialized equipment, include that during the quote so the products and responsibilities can be confirmed in advance.

Can you work around trades, PDIs or tight deadlines?

Scheduling can be coordinated around project milestones, including PDI, photography, possession and handover dates. For the strongest final result, the final clean should be scheduled once active trade work is complete and tools and materials are out of the areas being cleaned.

Are interior windows and glass doors included?

Mirrors and specified glass surfaces can be included in the construction scope. Full interior-window and glass-door cleaning should be identified when the project is quoted so the correct time and labour are scheduled rather than assumed.

How is construction cleaning priced?

Pricing is based on the project size, bathrooms, construction stage, level of fine dust and debris, site condition, selected cleaning phases, access requirements and target timing. A project quote is confirmed before work begins.

Are Diamond Dynasty cleaning professionals insured and background checked?

Yes. Diamond Dynasty Cleaning is fully insured, and cleaning professionals are background checked before client assignments.
