in the Extras section. This reset is essential as it allows our team the time and attention needed to elevate your space to the Diamond Standard — pristine, aligned, and ready to maintain.

 

Once this one-time deep clean is complete, most clients opt for weekly or bi-weekly visits to keep their home operating at this elevated level — effortlessly.

This service is your reset button — whether you’re handing over the keys or starting fresh. Our GTA Move In/Out Clean is a deep, detailed refresh that prepares the space for new beginnings.

 

Please ensure the home is empty and that no movers, contractors, or trades are working during the cleaning window. Electricity and running water are required.

 

Note: If the space has been neglected or hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a while, the Heavy Duty or First Clean Option in the extras section may be added to allow our team the time needed to restore the home to Diamond-level standards.

Our GTA Office Cleaning is crafted for spaces that carry a brand presence — not just a business. Ideal for premium offices, executive suites, private studios, and boutique workspaces, this clean maintains the standard of professionalism, calm, and clarity that clients and staff alike can feel.

 

While monthly service is available, most of our professional clients choose daily, 2 times per week, weekly, or bi-weekly scheduling to preserve that refined, consistent atmosphere their business is known for.

 

Note: If your office hasn’t been professionally cleaned in over a month, our Deep Clean Extra is required to allow our team the time and care needed to bring the space back to our Diamond Standard — setting the stage for ongoing service with ease.

Our GTA Post Renovation Cleaning – Not quite construction… not quite maintenance. This clean is tailored for light-to-moderate renovations — think updated kitchens, bathroom makeovers, flooring installs, or cosmetic refreshes that leave behind a layer of dust, adhesive residue, or subtle imperfections dulling the final result.

 

What most people don’t realize is that post-reno spaces often appear “clean enough” — until the sunlight hits the walls, the floor catches the dust, and the paint splatter or haze becomes impossible to ignore. This clean brings the crispness and clarity that lets your renovation actually shine.

 

It’s about more than just surface appearances — it’s about the depth required to reveal the work that’s been done.


Important Note:
If your renovation includes existing items that are not newly installed (such as older appliances, pre-reno bathrooms, or lived-in flooring) and they have not been professionally cleaned in the last month, please select the Deep Clean Option in the extras section of your booking.

This ensures your cleaning is properly equipped to handle both the detailed renovation dusting and any deeper cleaning required on retained fixtures and finishes.

Our GTA Post Construction Cleaning – This is not your average clean — it’s a three-stage transformation. Designed for homes freshly built, renovated, or remodeled, our Post-Construction service removes fine dust, debris, residue, and surface buildup from every corner — safely, thoroughly, and with absolute precision.

 

Each clean builds on the last. From drywall dust to finishing flourishes, we align the environment to match the quality of the craftsmanship.

 

In some cases — especially for private homes or smaller projects — Phase 1 and 2 may be combined into a single service. Separate phases are most often reserved for larger developments or multi-stage builds.

 

PHASE 1: ROUGH CLEAN

Performed once major construction is complete and before finishes are installed.
Recommended prior to final paint, baseboard caulking, or touch-ups.

Includes:
Removal of large debris & packaging (non-hazardous)
Client must supply bin or disposal; items must be under 20 lbs
Dry vacuuming of floors, baseboards & major dust areas
Surface dusting (walls, ledges, window tracks)
Sweep of stairs, porches, balconies, garages, and basement floors
Removal of tape, plastic, and protective coverings from fixtures
Basic wipe-down of windows, sills, doors, and frames
Vacuuming of duct/register openings (as far as accessible)
Optional: prep for builder paint/touch-ups

 

PHASE 2: DETAILED CLEAN

This is the deep clean — once painting is complete, all surfaces are in, and trades are finished.
Home must be powered, plumbed, and free of active work crews.

Includes:
Full dusting and vacuuming of all surfaces (walls, trim, ledges, light fixtures, cabinetry)
Clean inside & outside of all cabinets and drawers
Removal of paint splatter, caulking dust, adhesive residue (non-toxic areas)
Not intended for heavy overspray or excess buildup — additional time may be required if conditions exceed standard scope
Clean windows (interior), mirrors, and glass partitions
Full wipe of doors, frames, baseboards, sills & switches
Deep floor clean – vacuum and mop all hard surfaces
Kitchen & bath: polish sinks, faucets, handles; clean countertops, backsplashes & fixtures
Appliance exteriors cleaned; protective films removed
Utility rooms: sweep and wipe HRVs, furnaces, water heaters (if exposed)
Garage sweep (if applicable)
Optional: sticker removal on windows and appliances

 

PHASE 3: FINAL CLEAN

Completed just before key handover or occupancy — after PDI and final touch-ups.
Polishing, perfecting, and preparing for client walkthrough or move-in.

Includes:
Final dusting of all surfaces
Light wipe of fingerprints or scuff marks (walls, doors, glass)
Re-clean floors for presentation finish
Touch-up vacuuming (under cabinets, stairs, corners)
Polish stainless steel, mirrors, and fixtures
Spot-check of all cabinetry and drawers
Fresh bathroom sanitation with “Clean & Sealed” toilet tags
Exterior entrance sweep (weather permitting)
Presentation-ready sparkle in all spaces

Additional final cleans requested between phases will be billed separately.

 

A Note on Pricing

All pricing is based on standard post-construction conditions.
Scope, size, debris levels, and site access may affect final cost.

We recommend sending clear photos or job notes in advance to ensure accuracy. If there is extensive buildup or material excess beyond the usual scope, additional charges may apply.

We’re proud of what we do offer — and clear about what we don’t. For safety, liability, and service excellence, the following are outside our scope:

  • Heavy lifting or large appliance moving
  • Cleaning during active trades/construction
  • Exterior windows
  • Moving vases, hung pictures, or other delicate items.
  • Strong odour/mold/smoke removal
  • Deep blind washing (we dust only)
  • Carpet steam cleaning or floor polishing
  • Cleaning light bulbs, or high-risk areas
  • Cleaning inside dishwashers and washing machines.
  • Heavy marks/stains on walls, baseboards, other painted surfaces. We don’t want to potentially damage your paint!
  • Removing excess paint from surfaces.
  • Hazardous or infestation-related homes
  • Dish drying and putting away (we’ll load, if requested)

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

Absolutely. Every cleaner passes a criminal background check and undergoes vetting that goes beyond paperwork. We only work with individuals who match our Diamond Standard — in skill, energy, and professionalism.

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7-day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.

SPECIAL SITUATIONS

Because our cleans are tailored, not templated. Booking based on your actual home size ensures we’re sending the right people, with the right time and tools. It’s about accuracy — not overbooking or underdelivering.

We offer a 3-hour minimum for custom-focus cleans. Just note: our pricing is based on the size of the full home — not just the rooms you want done. That ensures the right amount of time and care.

Post-renovation dust is sneaky. Even if it “looks clean,” that fine layer gets into everything. For the best results, we will require you to book a Renovation Clean to remove the invisible build-up and let your new finishes shine.
