- Spot-clean up to 5 small wall marks where possible

- Clean and disinfect counters, sinks, showers, tubs and fixtures

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is designed specifically for empty properties being handed over or taken over. The package includes detailed room-by-room cleaning, high-touch disinfection throughout the property, cabinet and drawer interiors, applicable appliance interiors such as the refrigerator, oven and microwave where accessible, and up to five small wall spot treatments where possible.
Add First-Time or Heavy Duty when the property needs the extra time.
Move-In / Move-Out defines the empty-property scope. First-Time and Heavy Duty determine whether additional cleaning time is required because of recent maintenance history or visible buildup.

Cabinet and drawer interiors, applicable appliance interiors, high-touch disinfection and move-specific detail are already built into the service.
When the 30-day rule applies.
If the property has not been professionally and thoroughly cleaned within the previous 30 days, First-Time Cleaning must also be added to allocate the extra baseline-cleaning time.
When visible buildup is heavier.
If the property shows heavier hard-water deposits, soap scum, grease, grime, dust, pet hair or similar accumulated buildup, Heavy Duty must also be selected.
Both can be added.
A property can require Move-In / Move-Out + First-Time + Heavy Duty so the team has enough time to complete the booked scope correctly.
Pre-treat the oven interior and racks before we arrive.
For the best oven-cleaning result, we require you to spray the oven interior and racks with Easy-Off or a similar oven cleaner at least 24 hours before the appointment. Baked-on grease needs dwell time to break down, and pre-treatment allows the scheduled appointment time to go toward cleaning rather than waiting for the product to work.

Does the property need to be empty?
Yes. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is designed specifically for an empty handover or takeover property. Furniture, boxes and personal belongings need to be removed before the scheduled cleaning window.
Do water and electricity need to be on?
Yes. Running water and electricity must be available for the team to complete the service.
Can movers, contractors or trades be working at the same time?
No. Movers, contractors and other trades cannot be working in the property during the scheduled cleaning window. The team needs clear access to complete the booked scope safely and properly.
What is included in Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning that is not normally included in Standard Cleaning?
The package is built specifically for empty properties being handed over or taken over. In addition to the detailed room-by-room clean, it includes cabinet and drawer interiors, applicable appliance interiors such as the refrigerator, oven and microwave where accessible, high-touch disinfection throughout the property, and spot treatment for up to five small wall marks where possible. These move-specific items sit outside the normal Standard Cleaning scope.
Why does Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning cost more than Standard Cleaning?
Move-In / Move-Out is a larger package built around the conditions of an empty handover or takeover property. It includes cabinet, drawer and applicable appliance interiors, high-touch disinfection throughout the property, up to five small wall spot treatments where possible, and other move-specific detail that is not part of a Standard Cleaning. Those items are already built into the package, and the package is designed to cost less than booking a Standard Cleaning and adding the same interior extras separately.
When do I need to add First-Time Cleaning to a Move-In / Move-Out clean?
If the property has not been professionally and thoroughly cleaned within the previous 30 days, First-Time Cleaning is required in addition to Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning.
When do I need Heavy Duty as well?
Heavy Duty is required when the property has heavier visible accumulated buildup that needs additional restoration time. It can be booked together with Move-In / Move-Out and First-Time Cleaning when both conditions apply.
How should I prepare the oven?
We require the oven interior and racks to be sprayed with Easy-Off or a similar oven-cleaning product at least 24 hours before the appointment. This pre-treatment gives the product time to break down baked-on grease before the team arrives.
