How often should the home be professionally cleaned?
The best schedule depends on how the home is used and how much cleaning you want left for yourself between visits.
2+ Visits Per Week
Designed for larger homes, high-use households or clients who prefer cleaning to stay ahead of daily use rather than catching up afterward.

Weekly
Ideal for busy households and clients who want the home to stay looking clean and feeling fresh on a regular basis without having to put as much time or effort into maintaining it between appointments.

Bi-Weekly
A balanced maintenance schedule for homes where some light household upkeep between visits is comfortable.
Every 3 Weeks
The longest interval we recommend for ongoing maintenance. It gives more scheduling buffer than monthly service while helping the home stay within maintenance standard.
Monthly
Available, but close to the 30-day maintenance limit. If a missed or delayed appointment takes the home beyond 30 days since the last professional thorough clean, First-Time Cleaning is required before recurring service resumes.
Recurring Cleaning maintains a home that is already at professional cleaning standard.
If the home has not been professionally and thoroughly cleaned within the previous 30 days, First-Time Cleaning is required before Standard or Recurring Cleaning begins.

- Accessible fans, lights, vents, baseboards and window sills dusted
- Cabinet and drawer exteriors cleaned
- Trash emptied and bin wiped down
- Switch plates cleaned and doorknobs disinfected
Kitchen
- Floors, counters, sink and fixtures cleaned
- Sink, faucet, stainless steel and included glass surfaces polished where applicable
- Appliance and cabinet exteriors cleaned
- Microwave cleaned inside and out
- Range hood exterior, stovetop, burners, drip pans and knobs cleaned
- Accessible fans, lights, vents, baseboards and window sills dusted
- Trash emptied and bin wiped down
- Switch plates cleaned and doorknobs disinfected
Stairs + Hallways
- Vacuum, sweep or mop stairs and landings as applicable
- Dust accessible railings and banisters
- Dust accessible baseboards, window sills and ledges
- Clean switch plates and disinfect doorknobs

Laundry Room
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Dust accessible surfaces, vents, baseboards and window sills
- Wipe exterior of washer and dryer
- Clean accessible counters, sink and cabinet exteriors where present
- Polish sink and faucet where applicable
- Empty trash and wipe down bin where applicable

For clients who want a more hands-off home routine.
Laundry can be added to residential appointments. We complete as many selected loads as the appointment and machine cycle times allow, using the working washer, dryer and supplies you provide on site. You are charged only for the loads completed.
Hotel-style presentation can also be added when you want selected washroom and sink-side essentials supplied, placed and ready.

Your recurring schedule covers the core cleaning. When a visit needs a little more, optional extras can be added without changing your regular frequency.
Inside-the-kitchen extras
Inside oven, inside fridge or full fridge, inside empty kitchen cabinets, second kitchen and dish washing.
Extra finishing details
Interior windows, sliding-door interior glass, sliding-door screens, mirror sliders, walls and inside empty washroom cabinets.
Beyond the core rooms
Finished basement, garage sweep, balcony sweep with light clean or mop, and shed or pool-house sweep and mop.
Household support
Laundry and folding, organization, home concierge support, hotel-style washroom presentation and service for homes with pets.

Do I need a First-Time Clean before recurring service?
Yes, if the home has not been professionally and thoroughly cleaned within the previous 30 days. First-Time Cleaning establishes the professional cleaning standard that Standard and Recurring Cleaning maintain.
Why does the 30-day rule apply if the home does not look dirty?
Buildup can develop gradually around fixtures, edges, corners, baseboards and other details without the home necessarily looking dirty overall. First-Time Cleaning provides the additional time needed to bring those details up to date before recurring begins.
What recurring frequency do you recommend?
Weekly and bi-weekly are our most popular options. Weekly is the strongest fit for clients who want very little household cleaning left between visits. Every three weeks is the maximum interval we recommend for ongoing maintenance.
Can I book cleaning more than once per week?
Yes. Multiple visits per week are available for larger homes, high-use households, homes with pets or frequent entertaining, and clients who want a more hands-off approach to maintaining their home.
What happens if I choose monthly service and miss an appointment?
Monthly service is already close to the 30-day maintenance limit. If a missed or delayed appointment takes the home beyond 30 days since the last professional thorough clean, First-Time Cleaning is required before recurring service resumes.
Can I add laundry?
Yes. Laundry is completed during the time we are already in the home for the cleaning appointment. A working washer and dryer and the supplies you want used must be available on site. You are charged only for the loads completed.
Do I need to tidy up before the cleaner arrives?
Please pick up clothing, toys and loose personal items from floors and surfaces you want cleaned. The team is scheduled for the cleaning scope; if organization or decluttering is needed, add it to the booking. Otherwise, blocked areas may not be cleaned.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many recurring clients provide entry instructions so the cleaning can be completed while they continue with their day. Access details should be confirmed before the visit.
Can I add extras only when I need them?
